"It's only a direct subway ride from the airport. It's in the center of Sofia, making it convenient for sightseeing. As for the facilities, the shower only had a partition on one side, so hot water would splash out and get the toilet floor wet, but other than that it was very comfortable. The interior was elaborate and had an artistic feel. There is no breakfast, but there is a large supermarket nearby where you can buy food and eat, which is convenient."

"Large comfortable room which could have been better maintained. Better to choose the West facing room during winter as pollution much higher from the Northeast. Staff very friendly and attentive. Could have invested in 300m asphalt road on exit of hotel for airport shuttle to reach the main road , bumps in rough off road at present are quite awakening"

"convenient location being 10 min walk from bus station and a quick 5min walk from the metro. round the corner is a trip advisor recommended restaurant for traditional meals. across the river is the open air market. Street is a bit dark so try not to arrive late. there are several hotels in the area."

"Unfortunately, there was a significant incident of cleaning the bathroom in the room, I expected to receive compensation for it but we did not receive it. Therefore, the service and cleanliness are rated low. I choose not to share the details of what happened so as not to harm the hotel too much."

"The hotel is located in the center of Sofia, walking to all the main attractions, shopping, eating and taxi is very convenient, many souvenir shops, the only thing that remains unchanged remember to bring cash"

"Stayed in the budget small room. The room is very tiny. Ideal for someone travelling with little luggage and 1 or 2 nights. Clean room. Location is 25 mins walk from city center but there are trams nearby that takes you basically anywhere."

"Positives: Great location. Minutes to Serdica, Lion’s Bridge metro stations and easy access to public buses, shops and eateries. Room was spacious and clean. Negatives: the door to enter the room is hard to open from inside- u need to step into the bathroom in order for the door to open wide. The area outside the room is not soundproof so the noise when people talk (in my case, kids talking and crying) is very loud and clearly heard."

"The hotel has complete facilities, including a restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness room. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The room is also very large. Although the decoration style is a bit nostalgic, the overall experience is very good."

"PLUMBING ISSUES & SLOW SERVICE. The building looks lovely, newly renovated and in a great location. It is walking distance to most attractions. The staff were friendly, however I did have to ask multiple times for things before they were done (e.g., asking for an iron to be sent to the room, filling up empty toiletries). The toilet water turned brown 30 minutes after flushing which indicates a plumbing issue and is unsanitary. The rest of the room was clean. And they granted our request of having our 2 rooms next to each other. Overall a 3.5-4 star hotel due to the toilet and slow service."
